How To Automate 90% Of Your Real Estate Investing Business – Part 1

Joe: Hey, this is Joe Crump and welcome to the $8 Startup training series. I wanted to create a series of short 2 to 4 minute videos, 20 of them or so, and then send them out to you over the next few weeks because I believe that people learn better in little bite sized pieces; it’s a little easier than absorbing hours of material in a video. I also give that to you guys to help you with that process, but these little videos will help you get up and running and started and to see all of the pieces to this program.
 
Joe: The thing is, it starts looking very complex from the outside because there’s a lot of different pieces to it. But actually using it is not that difficult. It is complex because it has to do a lot of things, but to actually run it is not that difficult. So I’m going to show you all of the pieces and all of the different things that you can do with it. But I’m also going to show you in some of these videos as we go, the things that you have to do in order to get it up and running and get it started and make it work for you.
 
Joe: Let’s get started with just a quick overview of what the program is and what it consists of. There are three different pieces to the program. There are the clone sites, there is the auto marketer, and there is the training which is the cash flow newsletter that goes out. And these are all a part of this program.
 
Joe: The clone sites are the websites that you’re going to be able to use. And this is the admin panel for the clone sites (and I’m going to be coming back to this in almost every video when I’m talking about the clone sites because it links to all of the different videos that are included in this program). Each one of these different websites links together so that you can do different systems within this program; the rent to own buyers site, the rent to own sellers site, the lease option agreement memo, etc. I’m going to go over all of these in the videos as we go, e.g. the listing site and how to use that listing site, so that you can see how those pieces go together. So, this is the main admin panel for the clone sites.
 
Joe: There’s also a bunch of tutorial videos that you can go in and watch to help you understand how these different systems work and get you up and running with that. You can also click on this tutorial button, if you have the system, in order to get this thing up and running and going.
 
Joe: With each of these systems that I’m going to show you, obviously you have to have this program to make them work – but you can do all of these functions manually – you don’t have to have the automation to make this stuff work. If you’ve got more time than money, or if you can’t afford this program (even though it’s just 8 bucks to get started) then you can do all of these things manually and you can get this business up and running and start making some money that way. And I’m going to try to cover some of that stuff in this series so that you have a pretty good idea of where we’re going.
 
Joe: The next thing is the Push Button Auto Marketer. This auto marketer is the thing that goes into the websites, scrapes out the emails from people who are selling their properties, and sends them an email asking them if they’ll work with us, and of course, eventually many of those people will respond. We’ve just been running this for a week or so but these are the responses we’ve gotten – the yes’s, no’s, and maybes. I’m going to show you what those are and then how we follow up with those, how those emails go into our auto responder, how we respond back and do the follow up with them, how some of them come to us, how some of them actually make phone calls to us, and how to set this up so that it’ll work in that way to give you the easiest time of getting started; to make it as easy as possible for you to get started and start making money and responses to your emails. So if you see what this is doing, you can see that we’ve got a 6.25% responses of what’s been sent out over the past few weeks; not too bad – a lot of good responses.
 
Joe: There’s also a tutorial section for this which shows you how to do it. There’s only one video that’s only five minutes long that you can watch. It’ll show you how to turn this thing on, how to go through the step by step system (there’s four steps) and set it up and get it up and running. I’m going to talk about those systems in this video series as well.
 
Joe: We’ve got a lot to cover in these next few weeks in order to show you how this thing all comes together, how this system works and how you can use it for your business. Whether you’re using my system or whether you’re doing it manually yourself, there’s more than one way to skin a cat. And if you understand how these systems are set up and why they’re set up the way they are, it’ll give you a better understanding of how to make deals come into you on a regular basis so that you can have a consistent income that you can count on, and then quit your job and do this full time. This is a fun business to be in, especially if you’ve got a way to automate 90% of the work, which is what this system does.
 
Joe: And, believe me, I’ve been working on this thing for years. We finally got all the pieces put together into a system that makes this job so easy. So I’m excited about it and I hope you are, too. I’ll talk to you in the next video.

    Definitely like the video here – it’s easier to let it sink in than article text for me – and the idea that this whole process could be automated is really attractive. It gets frustrating trying to figure it all out, and especially to keep track of all the data you have to collect when finding properties, contacting owners, hiring contractors and everything else. Automated looks like the way to go.
