“I’m not a great student. This system and this program sounds a bit overwhelming. Is it for me?”

Joe: It can be overwhelming. There’s a ton of information. I give you so much information that it’s almost like getting a master’s degree in real estate investing. Although there aren’t any other schools that teach this. I had a Harvard business school student that came to my event and she said to me, ‘They don’t teach us anything like this.’ They don’t teach you how to make money at Harvard. What they teach is something else – they teach you how businesses work and then you can go get a job working for somebody else.

Joe: And I’m not saying they don’t make a lot of money. Those guys and girls I’m sure make a lot of money but it’s not the same thing that we’re doing here. What we’re doing is teaching you how to be an entrepreneur, how to build a business and how to make that work. And it’s a lot of information to cover.

Joe: But, you don’t have to know everything in order to make money. You just need a couple of little things. And the stuff that I teach on the first day of the buying event or the first few days in the mentor program is enough to help you get up and running so that you can start making zero down no credit offers right from the get go.

Joe: Once you get those accepted, they’re easy to sell. You make some money and you get a chunk of cash and that’ll give you the momentum to move to the next one and the next one and the next one. Now, I tell everybody to give yourself three or four months before you can expect to make any money at all in my program. I’ve got people that make money in a week or two weeks, but they’re the exception, not the rule. So don’t count on it. Give yourself the time. Have patience with yourself so that you can learn this.

Joe: If you do this the way a lot of my students have done it, you’re going to be making more than a heart surgeon or a brain surgeon. In a matter of six months, a year or two years, you’re going to be having a business that’s stronger than theirs in that period of time. And it took them 9 years of college plus residency plus yata, yata, yata in order to get into a position to where they could make that kind of money. But you’re going to be making it much quicker if you follow through and go through this process.

Joe: So, don’t get overwhelmed. Take it in bite sized chunks. I’m going to give you everything in the beginning so that you’ll have this big pile of stuff to work with. But don’t worry about it – you don’t have to read it all, you don’t have to listen to it all, you don’t have to watch it all – you just need to focus on the things that I tell you to do while you’re in the program and I’ll take you through that at your own speed through the six month period so that you’ll have the beginnings of a business where you’re starting to make some money and you have an automation system set up so that you can turn it into a regular business, so that you can quit your job if that’s what you want to do and so that you can do this full time without working 40 hours a week. I think that’s the goal for everybody that comes into this program. Alright, I hope that helps.
