I’ve been focusing on the “For Rent Method” with my Automarketer system because I think it is the fastest way to create and build a business for just about anyone – but there are other ways to make money with this system.

1. Build a portfolio of cash flowing houses (where you get the deed). We’ve bought hundreds of houses with this method over the years – even before we could automate it with this software.

2. Find estate sales with folks who are trying to unload houses cheap. These are houses that you have NO competition and very motivated sellers.

3. Find automobiles at dramatic discounts OR buy and sell them with nothing down and no qualifying. This isn’t something that I do because I don’t know anything about cars, but I’ve had students who have used it to bring in a constant stream of profits – and students who use it to buy their own cars without needing a dime up front.

4. If you are a real estate agent, you can get listings to sell using this automated system. Many of my investor students are agents and they find that they get as many listings as they do investment deals using this software.

Our “Push Button Automarketer” system will notify you via email when it finds a lead who says either ‘Yes’ or ‘Call Me’ to your offer, classifying the lead for you automatically. Let me show you how that works.
Joe: As you know, you get replies in your autoresponder or in your Automarketer and you’re going to get people that are sending you replies, but you also want to be able to get those quickly, so what I did was I set up a way to get the emails coming in so that when somebody’s interested, we get an email from them. Let me show you what those look like.
Joe: There are different emails, depending on how they respond, but here’s one that’s interested. He wanted a call. I got this message back from Ryan who actually works with me and he’s meeting with this guy to get the memo signed (because he’s already talked to them).
Joe: Basically, what it does is it tells you who this person is, what their situation is, it gives you a log into your account so you can go check it out and then it gives you some other little details, and it also talks about how many days you have left in your monthly billing cycle, how many credits you have left to go out, and it talks about how many emails have gone out and your total and what kind of overall response rate you’ve been getting. Here’s the reply that came in from these folks that he’s putting the deal together on.
Joe: This was the message that went out to him, this was the message that they replied with, and of course, the message that came in from the “Automarketer” to us letting us know that this lead came in at this time.
Joe: It’s a very cool system. You can walk around with your smartphone and get these emails and call these people immediately if they look like really solid leads. Now, that doesn’t mean you’re going to have to call everybody. You’re only going to call the ones that say, ‘Call me’ or that give us a phone number.
Joe: Then you can look at the lead, as I said, don’t blame us when something comes in that says ‘yes’ and they actually said no – that’s going to happen because the filters that we use are not the smartest in the world. You can always improve on them if you look at the other videos where I’ve told you how to do that.
Joe: This is a cool way to do it. We have lists of them that say that they need to be classified, because sometimes, when they come into this, this blue question mark will come up, and if that’s the case, then we have to classify them thumbs up, thumbs down or with the phone, which will them put them into “Contactor Plus” campaigns, these three campaigns down below; the yes, the yes with phone number or the no.
Joe: You don’t have to do that manually – most of this is done for you automatically. But I’m just showing you how to do the little pieces of it if you need to do it.
Joe: These are just a bunch of small, bite sized pieces to show you the different pieces of this system so that you’ll get a better idea of how it’s working and as you’re using it, you’ll be able to understand why I’m sending out the different things I’m sending out. I hope that helps.
