When we set up an effective marketing system that runs night and day without any effort from you, leads start to come in at an alarming rate.

I’m going to show you on this video, before we had the system, how we had to MANUALLY contact and follow up with each and every one of them. A daunting task.

It was time consuming and a bit depressing to be assaulted with so many good leads at a time, even though we were happy our marketing was working.

But, as you may already know, I believe your business is only sustainable if it allows you to have a high “quality of life.” Being buried in leads sounds good to someone who doesn’t have anyone to work with, but as soon as you implement my Automarketer, you get more leads than you can personally handle. That is where the follow up robots come in.

This video shows you how we automatically respond (immediately) to every interested lead that comes in through our marketing. It also shows how the robot follows up with those leads, systematically, day after week after month after year… without fail.


It shows how we build a list of sellers who either want to work with us today or may work with us in the future after our software educates them, creates a relationship with them, builds our credibility (especially good for newbies) and then sells them on the idea of giving their houses to us with zero down.

Let me show you how our system handles your lead responses and classifies each response, automatically sending out messages to all of your leads.
Joe: I want to show you how to deal with your lead responses that come in from the people that have responded to the email blast and are showing some interest or not showing interest in the system. I want to show you real quickly how this page works.
Joe: Let’s scroll first to the edit classification filters. You can add and change this as you go, but what it’s doing is going into the email responses that they give us and looking for keywords to try to determine whether they’re saying yes or no to our offer. If they said, ‘Can you put a down payment on?’ we’re going to put that as a positive, or if they’re saying, ‘I want to sell it outright’ we’re going to say a negative here.
Joe: We can add more keywords and add whether they’re positive or negative to this whole list that we have. Those determine whether or not the mail that comes in is going to be a yes or a no.
Joe: This is only correct 60 to 70% of the time; it’s not always right, so don’t count on it being right. Go in and check them as they come in and make sure that they’re categorized properly. It’s only as smart as the classification filters and the way people write their email responses sometimes is odd and it’s hard to get the filter to see it exactly. So it’s going to look for that.
Joe: What it’s going to do is take these leads as they come in and put them into Contactor Plus. This is our autoresponder, and we’ve set up the autoresponder so that it goes into three campaigns. You can create different campaigns if you’d like but I suggest that you do it the way I teach you. It’ll put it into a yes campaign, yes with a phone number, and a no campaign. This coincides with these thumbs up/thumbs down phone number categories.
Joe: So if we take one like this that says, ‘Yes, I’m interested’ where he’s very brief in his comment but he said yes, it’s automatically going to go into this system. If this was no, I could click on the thumbs down, that is, if I got in here and realized that he said no instead of yes, I could click on the thumbs down and it would take it out of Contactor Plus yes category and put it into the no campaign – if I wanted to do that, but I’ll leave it like this since its saying yes.
Joe: The other thing that you want to do here is make sure that the email that’s being sent out has your phone number in it. You want to put them in this phone filter so that the filter doesn’t think when finding your phone number in this email that it actually should be classified as a response with a phone number.
Joe: What I hope you’re seeing through all this is that you have a lot of different things that you can do with your leads. You can change their category in Contactor Plus in your campaign. These are the campaigns. You can actually look at the messages to see that these go out. There are four different messages. The fourth message goes out every 15 days for the rest of their lives.
Joe: You can change and edit these messages that are going out to these folks. These messages also send them to the rent to buy sellers site to help sell them on the idea of working with us. It’s a whole system that keeps these people up to date and informed on what’s going on.
Joe: I just got an email from one of the new folks in the program and he said, ‘I just got a yes response. What do I do with it?’ My response back to him was, ‘Nothing. The system does it for you.’ As long as they’re not a phone call, let the system do the work for you. If you get one that says it’s a phone call, that’s somebody you want to talk to. Plus the fact that when you have your campaign on your message that’s going out, there’s going to be an email or a phone number in that email that they’re going to get, so you’re going to get a percentage of those folks that are actually going to call you.
Joe: I suggest that you use a Google voice number for this ( and set up a local number. Don’t use an 800 number – use a local number for this and have them call you. The actual voice mail will be emailed to you. Alright, I hope that helps.
