Nancy: My name is Nancy Woodward and I’m from Egg Harbor Township in New Jersey. I bought a property that Joe had in Indiana. He sent out one of his voicemail blasts. Oh, I’m sorry, it wasn’t really a voicemail blast. It was an email blast. And since I understand the logic of that, I knew when I saw it how many people must have gotten this. I looked at it and it was just a little bit too good to pass up. So I emailed Joe back from some information and I gave him a call and talked to him and he said I was the first person to call him back so he’d hold the property while we talked about it.
 
Nancy: I heard about Joe’s program pretty much when I stumbled on him on the internet. I like real estate and I dig around. Joe, I had known from internet marketing a ways back and I looked at it and I thought, ‘This might be something that I’m interested in.’ I just started the program this past week. I’m going to a 2 day event. I had done several other programs with other real estate people, some of them very well known, and while I accumulated a lot of knowledge, I didn’t really put it into practice.
 
Nancy: I like Joe’s program pretty much because I think that anybody can do this. I had a very good feeling from Joe personally, and now that I know what his “For Rent Method” is, I see the logic of it working in my area or any area that I choose to use it in, so I think I’ve made a good decision here.
 
Nancy: I’m planning on retiring in the next couple of years. And while I could go now, I’m looking for the ‘icing on the cake’ and this certainly could be the icing on my cake without having to put in 40 hours a week to do it or work for anyone.
 
Nancy: I think this is going to have a major impact on my lifestyle. My idea of retirement is not to do nothing so to speak – I want to travel and this is going to provide me with the money that I need to do that. I’d also like to set up a scholarship fund for my granddaughter and my grandson and let them have an entrepreneurial spirit while they’re going to college and know that their granny helped them.
 
Nancy: I absolutely plan on quitting my job. It appears to me that it’s going to take about 2 years to make a 6 figure income if that’s what I choose to do. When I think it over, if I decide that all I need is just the icing on the cake, I can probably go sooner.
 
Nancy: I think if you want to get started in real estate business, you need a mentor. You have to find someone that you trust, that you like and that you’re willing to do business with. And I personally look at things as long term. You need to think this over before you go ahead, and you need to find a program that suits. Now, I’ve done other programs but I haven’t really followed through and worked the system. I own other investment properties but the effort was not made by me to do this – I bought them from other investors. So I think that you just have to look around and make a good decision.
 
Nancy: Joe is down to Earth. I see that his program should work for anybody. You don’t need a college education to do this. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist. You just have to follow the plan. Don’t deviate and do what he tells you to do. And the end result should be that you make a lot of money and give me a call any time.
 
Nancy: I spent a couple days here with Joe, and all I can tell you is that he’s down to Earth. He’s honest. He gives willingly of his time and information. He didn’t even laugh when I told him that somebody hung up the phone on me, and I’m laughing. He’s a good hearted man and he’ll do everything he can to help you. If you need encouragement, then you need Joe Crump.
 
Nancy: I would do this again in a heartbeat and I’m kind of burnt out with taking everybody’s program, so I did give this a lot of thought. After talking to Joe on the phone, I decided that this was the best choice for me at this point in time. And, I’m becoming hands-on so I need a mentor. I need to know that there’s somebody I can call and bounce my questions and ideas off of and see what I get back in return. So this, for me, was the perfect place to go and I hope it is for you.
