Here is a new Case Study Video from one of my mentor students. It is titled, “My First Three Weeks In The Program – My Progress So Far”.
I believe the best way to learn the business of real estate investing is to hear how others have done it.
When these interviews were recorded, I asked Mike, the interviewer to ask questions that would help the viewer see how these folks got started.
I wanted to hear the struggles, the successes and a clear path and explanation of what they had to do to make these deals happen.
I did NOT want them to just be a bunch of people telling you how wonderful Joe Crump was. I wanted content, examples and real life experiences.
I hope we succeeded.

“My First Three Weeks In The Program – My Progress So Far”
Lynn: My name is Lynn Smith. I’m from Woodridge, Virginia. Originally from South Carolina. I was surfing the internet looking for information on real estate and ran across Joe. He was very impressive. It’s been three weeks since I started the program. I’ve reached out to several sellers to inquire about their properties and some pretty good feedback, but the deals didn’t quite work out for me yet. I’m still pressing on to try to engage some more people.
Lynn:
First things first, I want to be able to establish about $10,000 worth of passive income. That’s my initial goal and going forward thing, try to make as much money as I can and then be well off.
Lynn: The amount of time I would spend on the internet in the evening as well as watching TV with the family. I’m spending that extra time in the evening working on my business. My very is very excited about it. I think after we’ve invested a little more time trying to establish myself, I think that it’s going to pay off big time.
Lynn: I’m going to do this part time for the next year. I’ve not automated my business yet, but this is week four, going into week four we’re going to stand up the, Joe’s push button system. I know there’s a lot of folks come to me thinking about getting into real estate and I’d strongly advise them to get themselves a mentor. Do not delay. Action, action, action. Just take action even if it’s just one thing a day that you can do to get your business going.
Lynn: Well, I definitely want to say that I want to thank Joe for taking this time with me to get started in this program and I’m looking forward to doing great things.
