It’s not rocket science, but it does take some practice and can be a little nerve racking in the beginning.

Read Transcript for “The Best Way To Learn How To Talk With Sellers Is By Hearing It Done”
“You have a lot of good information about how to talk to sellers and the psychology of finding their pain so we can offer a solution. You also have some role playing as part of the training. But this is all theory and I’m a guy that learns best from listening to actual conversations and then duplicating like working in a sales office. It would be super helpful if you had a few calls to sellers where we could hear you close a deal from start to finish.” – Max, California
Joe: We do have those calls but they’re in the mentor program. We record lots of recordings. We used to do this at the buying event – we’d actually have live calls that wed do in front of the class and you’d get to hear both sides of the conversation. We’d put together deals all the time and we’ve got them all recorded and its part of that mentor program training.
Joe: It’s also I believe, in the PushButtonMethod.com which is different than the PushButtonAutomarketer.com. If you’re going to get the PushButtonMethod.com, it’s a $997 program but you can get it for free if you get into the mentor program or you can get it for free if you get six months of the “Push Button Automarketer” program, so you may want to look into that.
Joe: If you’re already using the Automarketer, just get the six month version of it so you can get the Push Button Method for free and then you’ll have some of those recordings. I’m not 100% sure that those recordings are there but I’m pretty sure that they are. Anyway, I hope that helps.
Joe: Also, do role plays with other people so you can learn how to do this. I have lots of recordings of me doing role plays because I do that in class all the time and I do that on my coaching calls. Every other week, we’re doing role plays with somebody, so you can be a part of that.
Joe: The best case scenario is that you do a role play with me so I can hear what you’re saying and I can see where you’re having struggling, where it’s going to be a problem for you and and why people aren’t saying yes to you. If you don’t do this properly, people aren’t going to say yes. You need to be able to do it properly. You have to let them know that you’re capable, competent, honest and that your solution really will solve their problem, and if you can help them understand those things, then they’ll work with you and that’s when you start making money.
Joe: It’s kind of difficult to learn how to do and it takes practice but once you learn how to do it, it’s like riding a bike – you’ll never forget it and you’ll be able to do it over and over again for the rest of your life and you’ll never have to worry about losing your job or not having income ever again because this will be able to solve that problem for you whenever you need it. It’s like a faucet that you can turn on at any time and turn off and make money. It’s a wonderful thing. Alright, I hope that helps.
