“Why is your program so expensive?”

Joe: Well, you know, I do have free stuff. I’ve got a YouTube and a blog with 350 videos on it. They’re mostly training videos. So I do have free stuff. I’ve got a couple of books on Amazon. If you type in my name, you’ll find them. They’re three dollars a piece. I’ve got some other programs like the Automarketer – its $199 a month – it’s an awesome program – it gives you websites and leads and all of those things.

Joe: My mentor program is expensive. Compared to some of the other programs out there – I’ve seen places that charge $25,000, $50,000 or $75,000 for real estate training programs… I believe that my program offers more than everyone that I’ve ever seen. And I think it’s very rare that you actually get to talk to the person who created the program in person, which is me.

Joe: So take a look at it. It’s a $10,000 program. There are some discounts. You can start with as little as $2,000 and make payments. You can get a 30% discount off of that. To actually get my input – it’s like going to college. If you got college for a semester (and I’ve got two kids in college right now so I know the expense of college; it gets pretty price and I’m cheaper than what it costs to send one of my kids to school for a semester). And you can do the same thing. You may have already gone through four years of college and have a student, loan debt and have all the other problems that you’ve got to deal with, but that school didn’t make you any money – it didn’t teach you how to make money – it taught you how to get a job. This system is designed to help you make money and to help you build a business, so it’ll be easier to advertise it and easier to pay it off in the long run if you follow through with the process.
